Seems like there may be a problem with your hard drive. Try putting a magnet on top of it and see if that will resolve the issue. I've studied IT for 8 years so I know my stuff.

Delete system 32.
Set the graphics to off.
Did some googling, try if this helps you. Next time maybe try it yourself, I found it in like 5 seconds, it would be really embarassing if this ends up fixing your problem.

Did you try a bigger modpack? Something like the direwolf20 pack or whatever can really pull me in once I get past the first few hours of setting my shit up. They pump that game so full of content, some bad but most of it good, that I can actually enjoy it again after being too burned out.
