You can download levels from nintendo servers to your console, so I think it's possible to share a level files or some shit. I hope somebody would go and download all top levels from nintendo and make a pack.

I started writing something to do this a while ago but lost interest. All you need to do is distribute the folder containing your level, then add an entry for it in your save game.
