Otherwise, come on, get it together.
Keep in mind that you can pass through the upper half of the big blocks.
Just be glad you're not doing a 3HP run. Or are you? That's where I quit the game. Fought so fucking hard and got so far, but, well, you know.
This room was annoying but there's enough time to recover after that anyway.
