I can understand when servers can't handle a launch. I can understand when critical day 1 bugs occur. But this shit was ENTIRELY on Namco Bandai and they FUCKED IT ALL UP.

Been playing through DaS1 and I find myself disarmed by the fact it still maintains the charm and intrigue from my first play-through. I'm not sure why but DaS1 strikes a particular chord (in terms of gameplay) that I just find to be irrefutably enjoyable.
I am quite excited for Dark Souls III especially since I'll be able to explore majority of the game sight unseen. Even if the game is disappointing/shitty I think it will be entertaining to unfurl whatever it has to offer.
Either way, should be fun. Video games can be fun and the Souls series seems to understand that.

I'm just pissed because most of the 'mystery' and 'allure' is vanishing more each day. item locations, bosses, strategies, hidden walls, covenants, how certain items work, all the secrets. It's being found out. It sucks for a Souls fan, because honestly, half the fun of any Souls game is the experimenting and exploring, I like the lore as well. Especially with this being the last Souls game it feels like a kick in the stomach to any fan, and it should. It was a horrible way to launch their finale.

Not the greatest game gameplay wise, the best part about it is the atmosphere.
I really like the sound design. No music, just the sound of your footsteps, the game doesn't ease you into the action, anything could be around the corner. Then you go up against a boss and the orchestra kicks in and it's way cool.
