Blood Wake was neat too. Pretty much any exclusives are probably worth it. Back when Exclusives weren't total garbage.
Wasn't Jade Empire and KOTOR2 really good never played either but I remember those 2 being highly praised.
Game had great multiplayer. SP was alright but BFD is better.

As far as exclusives go, I also liked Dino Crisis 3 and Gungriffon: Allied Strike, though they're both deeply flawed games.
