For the Arland Series (Rorona/Totori/Meruru+), no. The Vita versions are just the same as the PS3 with DLC included (Rorona+ being the same on PS3 and vita).
The Dusk series actually adds some content. Like hard mode and a JP dub for Ayesha, for example. So its up to you
