It's far more disturbing than anyhting else.
the fact that a lot of battle music is significantly louder than the rest of the game scared me sometimes

The mutant designs kept me awake for a couple of nights.
Especially the last one.
It's disturbing in it's implications, definitely not the typical rpg.
Resort Island made me nauseous and the cave with all theMarty spiderswas really creepy

Not really, I guess if you're bothered by extreme bodily mutation/mutilation then it'd be scary but it's more just fucked up and horrible and sad.
