earlier today i formatted my emunand so i could link my nnid to it, but when i tried to restore my emunand backup, nothing happened. i had all my friends, but that's it. Did my emunand tool fuck up the backup and i'm screwed, or is there a way to restore my proper emunand?

Yes. Most NANDs patched native regionfree in by now, or you can use bootntr or spoofed cias

Spent all last night getting my N3DS on aureiNAND+a9lh. No clue why but they said this was the best one to use. I was kinda scared i was gonna stay stuck on the 2.1.0 downgrade part since it said my sysnand backup was the wrong size, but they released an update for otp in the morning that fixed it. Now I'm fucking around with the overclocking and it's actually pretty neat. I noticed I still have full access to the eshop though, that won't do anything to my system will it?

I would recommend lurking in the homebrew general. I did not get much help there. It's a pretty lengthy process, but most of it is simple + waiting time.

how do you find/isolate the .cia file you want to delete on BBM or BRM? 3dsdb doesn't have some of them listed.
