I first realized that persona 4 was terrible when I was playing it and realized that the trailers had given away almost everything that happened
atlus playing super coy with this game is building up hype, they could literally shit in a box and it would sell if it had "persona 5" on the cover so they're keeping it to their chest
Nobody would care about this game the way they do now if they hadn't completely blindisded everyone with that second/third trailer and proceed to go back to near total radio silence
