Also looking for upgrade opinions. There isn't really a bottleneck I've come across (yet) but I'm sure I should move away from mATX for better airflow. Probably for the future as I'm content with it right now but maybe next tax season I'll want to see what I can do.

Actually no I haven't gotten dizzy and I stare at it frequently.
I'm not exactly inches away from it though I do give myself some distance. Especially when say playing Rocket League with my gay ass pink controller I back up, GTAV move the keyboard away a bit so I'm not right in front of the TV

Im not telling you to "downgrade" your setup, but i found myself being more confortable with 2 27" monitors (no bigger than 32") than one huge television screen.
But that is because im a fps person / college student and i like to have a movie/youtube video/twitch or wikipedia/academic sources/electronic textbook running on my second monitor.
It really depends of what kind of person you are. Your setup is like a dream if you‘re into movies and non-intense gaming. I wouldnt imagine watching porn in that chair.
(Oh btw, do not make a multiple monitor setup with monitors of different sizes.)

It's kinda weird, when I'm at work I LOVE having multiple monitors. When I come home I don't know what changes. There definitely are benefits to multiple monitors but it's just not for me at home.
