Distribution no longer a problem with digital. Games going gold happen two months before release for manufacturing and always have been. The new story mode trailers have shown that the game is using a temporal solution to resolution that is reconstructing a resolution around the 1600x900 and lower mark to create a 1080P image.
The hype is drained from it and a game with so many production problems like the first production team walking out and the first programming team being fired and Sony doing it so quietly that none of them were allowed to reveal they were let go till a year later as they didn't want to lose confidence (Or reveal they fired their rockstar female lead programmer they poached from 343i because she wasn't up to the job).
Game's not going to be much. ND should have farmed it to another studio and went on Last Of Us 2 with that much trouble.

Around 2010 Microsoft started over-focusing on Kinect shit, while killing their successful franchises with turds like GoW Judgement and Halo 4. And it was around that time Sony started getting actual good and popular games.
A lot of Xbox owners I know were considering jumping ship even before the Xbone's disastrous reveal announcement.
I'm kind of seeing this same pattern again: one console sells well at first, then gets greedy and stops making games. And by the end of the generation, everyone's fed up with them and ready to move on. Wouldnt be surprised if people get sick of Sony's shit and run back to Xbox next generation.

A huge chunk of those aren't even made by Japanese devs, in the first place, and no shit it has more JRPGs than the current gen of consoles, they get 5+ year old console ports whereas the PS4 hasn't even been out for 3 years yet and has maybe 20 JRPGs.

It's a brand new game launching via PS+. Just like last year RocketLeague was free, blew up, and PC-only cucks had to pay top dollar (well.. $20) to play it while everyone else got it for free.

I wouldn't play 95% of AAA games even if they were given for free, most of them are shit and I have already bought every single AAA I wanted to play on launch. No Xbox, I don't want Lords of the Fallen, there's a reason I didn't buy the game at 5€ and didn't even bother to pirate it

I just wanted to thank Sony for all the wonderful indie games they've been putting on ps+. I just love how shallow they are. The way they're so simplistic too, like a nes or phone game, it's so accessible! The graphics are really bad too, it's really abstract! I love it! The graphics in Woah Dave for example, worse than atari 2600, haha it's so funny! I'm really glad we're getting all these indie games rather than full retail releases!
