Unsurprisingly, only FO4 got open world correct, other 2 had no idea how to make actual dynamic worlds where the player is just another participant, not the focus of the universe.
For example you would never see Afghans having a firefight against Soviet troops in MGSV, you would never see Radovid soldiers fight against monsters on the road in TW3, whereas in FO4 random events and battles happen all the time.
