use Peops Soft Driver 1.18 or gpuBladeSoft(for a much better picture) to eliminate that problem. I'm sure you also know that the game makes use of a mouse which is way better than the controller's slow moving analogs. It's REALLY good and honestly my personal fave over Snatcher.

How can you not get Policenauts working?
Also, just get Retroarch and slap Mednafen in there, it's pretty much the best way to emulate PS1 if it's a 2D game you want to play, or want the best accuracy.
