They both add things mechanically (that don't really change up the gameplay too much) to the game, but if you're fine with just how the weather and night/day cycles look just wait for the inevitable sales when other DLCs churn out. I just wish I could get damn inspired for another city, I've already put over 100 hours into the game

I've played a couple hundred hour on this game but I still dislike. The simulation aspect is extremely poor in comparison to older sim cities games and the graphics are absolute cartoon trash

Open steam guides, and read some guides. Traffic is a really simple algorithm, when you understand how it behaves, you will be able to build roads that guide it well. Don't think of it as living humans in cars, but as dumb sheep. My picrelated city is at 60k and the roads are all green or yellow.

i have a road color changer and i think i also have eight laners but i used just vanilla six lanes and a terraforming tool to make them lower than the city proper

Wish I had a PC just for this game. I played it last year on lowest settings on my laptop but once a city got too big it would grind to a halt.
What sort of things have they added in the dlc?
Is there a mod or anything that let's you change architectural styles?
