It's really hard to time, but you want to hit the spinning wheels inside their 90 degree angels from the off side, so the wheel has enough space and spin to dip you over to the other one when they come close. Like I said, though, really hard. Try just aiming for the wheels before you aim for the wheels on specific spins.

It looks like random dailys, BUT if you get a picture of a friend in clothes you don't have, you can view their outfit and then buy the clothes they're wearing from the shop. So if someone has something you like, try to see if you can get a picture with them in it.
