This was the one thing i hated about the games. They start you off with two one way streets directly next to each other at one edge of the map.
Every fucking time you play you need to start at the edge of the map. You cannot start in the middle. You NEED to have roads connected to get citizens too.
Shits annoying.

You can use one-way roads to bring the two ramps together into the avenue. That's what I usually do until I can purchase that plot and unlock highways so I can get rid of that ugly interchange.
