Marketing was a disaster. The person in bamco who came up with the idea to give out the game 20 days before release is literally retarded. The early Japanese release is the same level of disaster. The best option for them would be to make an agreement with twitch and YouTube to prevent any streams and let's plays even on Japanese version before worldwide release but they are too stupid/have no balls/care too much about japs.

I find a strength build easier than a magic one in DS2, but that might be my familiarity with the games. High damage, high poise and a good shield are all easily accessible with high strength builds.
Not sure if it still is, but faith was the real easy mode. Especially if you combined it with what >>332743151 said and use poison arrows on the tougher enemies.
