I know Fallout 2 did it.
In Mass Effect 3's Citadel DLC I believe a female Shepard can get Big McLargehuge drunk and have sex with him despite his statement that he wasn't interested in the main game. It's nothing so direct, but still the implication that you have to break down his denial with alcohol is a bit questionable, especially for Bioware which is obsessed with politically correct stuff.

It establishes the main character as selfish, overpowering and driven by desires. Which actually makes a lot of sense for a video game protagonist, because video games are usually designed to allow you to be powerful and exert your influence upon the world. And it's just interesting in general to have a character you can relate to on a primal level, but not agree with.

IV's art is alright, but Alicesoft really didn't have pixel-art down right at the time. Toushin Toshi 2 is probably best they've done.
