Yea no fucking shit. In 3rd strike he could reach fucking hugo's shoulder when he's standing straight. And he had the slim waist because that was the aesthetic in 3rd strike. Most male fighters in the game had the V shape upper body

I wish he had his full moveset like he did in 3rd strike, but that would be insane in sfv. He had a n amazing set if options before, having them all now would be overpowered as hell. Other than that I like him. A bit slow but he has plenty of set ups to stun opponents
He feels really clunky to play. He becomes godlike with his V-trigger before and after he's pretty solid except his anti air sucks really bad.

Also Alex has always been huge. Hunched over he was still a full head and a half taller than Ryu in 3. When standing upright he's half a head shorter than Hugo.
They had to fill out his waist as well because the super triangle body only worked in sprite format and looks retarded in anything 3D.

I'm having a great time playing him. He's my first character that uses grapples even though he's more of a battle-grappler. He has good gap-closing ability and a lot of fun v-trigger combos that I'm still trying to master. I'm hovering around 2k LP so I'm far from anything special, but yeah he's fun. Design wise I think he looks badass despite looking bigger than 3s, but that could just be the artstyle.
