I'm an old motherfucker, I've been here since 2004. I hate to use the collective "we," but alas, we don't like a lot of newer games. /v/ is mostly shitposting, discussion of old games, and discussions of niche new games that are still interesting.
Kids want to play the newest Borderlands/Destiny/The Division shooter rpg skinner box-type game and the oldfags are tired of that shit. There are better places to go if you want to talk about the newest games with people. You can find places with a younger audience where they're more excited about those games.
TL;DR, I'm old and I don't even really like games anymore.
