I'm not Durante and I don't know why the game being locked at 30 means its a bad PC port. It was an HD Remaster of a game that had the game code tied to framerate (and thus changing it would fuck up animations and all kinds of other shit) Type 0 on PSP was 30. Type 0 HD was the same game with updated graphics so it also had to be 30. So when it was ported to PC, it was still 30. I don't understand how you can call it a bad port though. You can play it in 4k, have a bunch of new game options including a screenshot mode where you can edit visual effects, have much control over the graphical quality where it looks WAY better than the PS4 version, have control over the motion blur to get rid of that headache inducing shit that was in the PS4 version, and most importantly of all, it has absolutely no problems, thus making it literally better than the PS4 version.
It was a damn good port. You're crazy. The only thing that could've made it better is if it didn't have bad mouse controls on its initial release (which has now been fixed)

The patch for the PSP version is not the same as running internally at 60FPS anon. The game is still 30FPS even after that patch. Read some shit in here:

I have suspicions (and there have been hints/clues) that there is some kind of contractual obligation that they can't make the PC version officially known yet.
