A lot of the times it's how games are lit and filtered that give you how the models look in game, and SFM doesn't mimic it right and you get the weird disconnect.
Stuff that doesn't rely on lighting as much doesn't look so bad, like the Hyrule Warriors models, but then look at something like Splatoon, and it almost looks like a fan modeled it from scratch the difference without the lighting is so jarring.

All the other heroes do not have that pose. There are a select few that carry the same pose. It also is important to note that out of the heroes that do have the pose, only two have pants that seem vacuum sealed to their asses. Those two would be Widowmaker and Tracer. Now widowmaker as a character is more sexually themed in design so it would make sense for her to have that. But every other part of tracer has no connection with the sudden bare ass. Now don't get me wrong, I love ass and I love Tracer's ass but I can see why the Dev team would be hesitant to keep it in due to its ill fitting elements to the rest of the character.
