I would usually find Widowmaker type designs hot as fuck, she has a lot of things I find super hot, but something about her is mad off putting.
I think it's that her head is too big for her body at some angles. Or her torso is super short to exaggerate her long legs maybe? I can't point it out exactly. But even within the stylised proportions, something about her looks odd to me.
D.Va and Mercy don't have this issue. Mei obviously doesn't have this issue. Tracer has the long legs thing going on but her proportions and animations seem to work better with it so she doesn't look weird.

Addendum: Diversity isn't the only character theme appropriate for an ensemble cast. Alternatively, they could go for uniformity.
