Omniknight in DOTA 2 is a paladin who wields a hammer. So if you like MOBAs you could play as him I guess.

Oblivion has the Knights of the Nine DLC, which is all about being a paladin.
Skyrim isn't bad for making a paladin either. Dawnguard gives you sun spells to kill undead, as well as special hammers that do extra damage to vampires.
And of course, Skyrim and Oblivion both have a lot of mods to expand on what's already there.
