Have 200k to start with. Dump literally everything on every tile from 1-12, including the inbetween spots. Then in the "1-12" spot itself. If you're lucky and it lands on one of your numbers, you'll get it on about 4-6 different stacks and can make 600k-900k easy. Way more efficient than grinding poker.

Where else would you go for it then? X3 has always been in line with the main series in terms of characterization. No one does something that's totally unnatural for them, they never have and still don't in X3. Of course you're not going to get Nyotengu's entire personality from just two unique tags and her intro/outro quotes in DOA5, because shit was barely there as she was DLC. Same thing with Marie and Honoka. X3 is giving us a much better idea of who they really are.
