Her selling point is SPD, which happens to be absurdly strong in the Arland games. That's part of the reason why Gio can basically solo any boss/monster in the whole trilogy.

Sterk is great with power, Totori has some decent stalled healing moves, Hanna's awesome at filling the time cards with OP boomerangs, Lias had good knock back skills, Pamela is just fucking weird but semi useful, even fucking Rorona has good spells to go with her alchemy.

Gino, Rufus and maid are the only shit ones

I think you're underestimating just how damn broken Gio is. It's possible to make it where his turn never ends 100% of the time. I'd also put Lias above Sterk just because you can get a weaker loop than Gios, but it's still a pretty reliable loop.
