I've seen some videos and the combat unfortunately is too Musou like. There is barely any weight felt when the hits impact the enemies, and that's really unfortunate.
Level and enemy designs are on the lazy side too. Music is top tier and lesbians are always nice. But it's a shame that the game is dragged down so much by the very average, if not mediocre, gameplay.

As much as I love Gust games, this just feels clunky and really lazy. Surely you realize that most japanese games are developed on shoestring budgets where 50k sales is a massive success. How else do you think these unpopular developers keep making games?
Also sony porting is really easy. If you're making a ps4 or vita game you can basically shit it out on the other two platforms for little additional cost. I don't have a source for this, but I've heard Sony actually wants multiplatform development to be easier so they can reach a wider audience. Sony definitely spends money helping these devs advertise and localize, but I don't know about multiplatform development.

I got my LE yesterday and played around with it for a few hours. It feels less like a typical musou and more like a stripped down Chaos Legion. Summoning monsters to fight along side is interesting when you have a limited amount of direction to issue.
