After awhile you're just mowing through reused assets. And the assets are still fun to mow through, but you do sorely wish that you could stumble upon something that is completely unique from Spring Breeze, Dynablade and Metaknight.

It's also the thing that stops you from playing the best game mode Milky Way Wishes.

Too bad MWW ruins every Kirby game afterwards. MWW was infinitely replayable because you could fuck around with the powers whenever you want, get good with them.

(That's one positive thing about Planet Robobot, if you can tap the amiibo as often as you want. And not some "once per day" crap.)

Great Cave was the best with my brother better than any co-op SNES game at the time
We played it for a while even after we aged and when he passed away I still play it every now and then.

The sum of its parts isnt all that fun. A more focused Kirby game with the same mechanics would have been better than this. Still good, but theres much better Kirbys
