That was a one-world thing, and it fit with Wario Land moreso than it did Kirby. It wasn't WarioXStafy, but just a neat easter egg. If you make a full game, Kirby is going to take all of the spotlight away from the character who needs it more.

Usually when I think of an idea for this crossover I often think that maybe the story focuses more on Starfy becoming stronger while Kirby is the one he looks upon. And when a final boss comes about, he proves to himself that can be as strong as Kirby and in a surprising twisthe beats the villain. But hey, this ismy retarted imagination. I'm just one of those people who really wants to see this happen after the disappointment Sakurai has inflinched on Starfy.

I see where you're coming from. Kirby and Starfy are characters I adore deeply personally are part of of my top favorite characters list. Hell yeah, I want the rest of his games localized and put on VC along with Mother 3 as I adore that game and Lucas.
Yet, I feel as though they can differenciate them if they were to go with a story about how Starfy becomes a better hero and possibly Kirby tier when teamed up with Kirby and facing the final boss and maybe that could help them to stand out as their own characters. Hell, for the gameplay, they can do a mashup of their platforming, a Kirby section that lets you play as the cast of Kirby while another for the Starfy cast (that is if Bunston were to be involved), while providing helpful and nice tutorials while being fun to play.
I might as well drop a drawing I'm drawing for a little series I want to do, which is a crossover project for the two {spoiler}and if you've seen this you probably been to the Kirby threads {/spoiler}
