Skyrim has a shitton of mods and stuff, Witcher is basically done after you completed NG+ (Which is still around 200 hours).
Also Skyrim is Steam exclusive, Witcher is also on GOG etc.

Actually it`s kinda sad that Oblivion has aged better than Skyrim.

Oblivion also has worse gameplay than Skyrim. The quests and writing are better though, but I don't see how that can possibly "age badly".
