It's a remake of fallout 1, 2, and maybe even tactics..
It could be a top down turn based or it could be a FPS/TPS RPG like fallout 4, but with the plot, setting, theme, weapons, items, and maybe even the needs of the classic fallouts, skills and perks could be similar too.
Hell it could even just be top down but still a action shooter like Helldiver.

No. The old ones work fine with modern resolutions.
Any changes to those games beyond bugfixes and resolution patches etc is desecration

I actually wouldn't mind some better balanced combat. Maybe even an analogue of "Wild Wasteland" trait for 2.

Or hey what about A fallout 3 and new vegas combo either just enhanced in HD bump mapping, textures, and models.
Maybe remade with the fallout 4 engine, or whatever they upgraded..

No goy and only fallout 3 gets included free DLCAlso obsidian's name is erased from our remake, and no more of those annoying clumsy multiple choice dialog, or skill lists now it's all simpled down to four button choices, and a perk chart of only 70 perks that all if not most only enhance game-play stats, or abilities that should have already been there.

I saw this and I want to say fallout 3 without any DLC has about 40 quests or even less.

I guess so, but they've tried with a ton of fallout NV mods that were all never finished..
