Is there a better value for a USB controller? I have to be able to emulate PS2 with it.

Not really. Just get a PS2 to USB converter and the driver will usually have Xinput. Failing that, Xpadder can easily be gotten for free.

the layout is the same, but the 360 face buttons sick dick for any type of precise play, especially on a shitty emulator that will have native input lag.
