Just get in close and keep circling them until you're behind them and then press RB. And yes, you can backstab the Black Knight. If you want a tip for that fight, you can actually lead him back down the ally and knock him off the edge with a poke.

Not too bad for the most part. It does have drops though. The bridge is a notable area, as is the run-up to the Capra demon. Not in Blighttown yet but I'm fully expecting buttery smooth 10fps at the bottom.

It's the same tower on the top of which you fought minotaur boss. You can go there again and go down instead of top and meet angry guy with a dragon tooth for a weapon and in oversized stone armor, he will probably wreck your shit since you asking those questions but you can try him, and he also drops nice ring. That door is just a shortcut between areas.

It isn't that tight, and you won't. You've still got O&S ahead of you, and couple of other bosses with bitchy movesets, capra is nothing on subsequent playthroughs, he just needs some getting used to. Try to play without lock on against enemies like that, much easier to roll and stay in safespots, still pretty easy to hit since they're big.

I played the fuck out of the game already.
Never had more fun than when I was twinked out and chameleon backstabbing people in the sewers, though. It's so easy to run away there if you know the place, and fun as hell, too.
