I'm very neutral to all of this, since I don't care that much about the console market.
Even another anon, explaining me about Halo 5, said that the SP of it is pretty bad and the MP has an implemented microtransaction system in the game. And I'm pretty sure that 343 still can't beat what they did with Reach and have been only steadily declining. With that being said, of course I can't say for sure that Quantum Break will be bad, Remedy has always been a decent developer, but I doubt that Quantum Break will really deliver much on anything. And this doesn't have much to do with the platform of choice. I still believe that that Horizon game for the PS4 is just a shitty QTE fest that only casuals would eat up.pls. no bully

Well, the PS4 has only Bloodborne, so it's better anyway.
The point is that if you want to play an FPS on Xbox has Halo. And the PS4? Killzone? If you want to play a TPS has Gears. And the PS4? The Order? If you want car games, has Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motosport 6. And the PS4, the 'forza killer' Driveclub? No speeches that all these games have solid campaigns and multiplayer very good, including some you can play split-screen with friends, rarity in today's games.
Currently the only advantage of the PS4 on the Xbox One is to Bloodborne, but Dark Souls 3 coming and Scalebound coming next year, how relevant is it?

It did multiplats better which count in this casual generation. Also Sony never had good marketing, it was Microsoft that fucked up every early opportunity. Casual follow sheep mentality, if you enjoyed GTAV, MGSV, you don't need to ask why PS4 won, it offered a better experience since xbone still suffered issues.
Now xbone gets salty because of inferiority complex, their sequels of superior games of the past aren't living up to the hype. Console fps was killed off by the changes to the formula over the years, cod casualisation and partly halo shield / health regeneration system. Scrubs can't handle tension and consequence in vidya anymore. Even platform era that punish failed jumps are ledge proximity assisted.

Not every game needs to be last of us. That and first game has an amazing predator/war movie campaign. The second was a Michael Bay movie, the third had no story but fun gameplay.
Its not bad at all, but the multiplayer is clearly the focus.
Where as Naughty dog cares about story. Some people just value a solid multi over a great 8 hour story.

Yeh the gameplay and the multi was good. But the sp was just boring. I can understand if youre one of those people that likes transformers films after the first one where shutting your brain off comes easy but for me the sp was so repetitive and the environments and the characters just all looked brown and dull except for the hotel in 3. Thats why i stuck to the mp and never touched the sp again not even for the achievements.
