Jiggs has been considered high/top for awhile but yeah, Hbox is the only one really keeping her relevant. There are other Jiggs players like Tekk but they don't play or place anywhere near as good as Hbox does.

In teams? Yeah.
Jiggs herself? No. She doesn't have any combos into rest in Smash 4 besides off of a dair and that requires wonky hitboxes so it's not exactly reliable, plus you need to actually land the dair which isn't easy.

Why would they switch to Fox when Hbox is so good at the matchup? If it takes Armada, Mango or Leffen to beat him even occasionally, why do they think they'll have a better time of it?
