The majority of Act 1 (except the first two songs) is about Mega Man. Hope Rides Alone is about Proto Man getting his shit ruined by the Robot Masters. The climax of the album has Mega Man and Proto Man fight.
Act II is a prequel about Wily and Light's relationship before Wily went crazy, it also adds a couple OCs to give reasons as to why Wily is an asshole. Light Up The Night, the song /v/ usually quotes is about Joe (Sniper Joe) and Light getting drunk and hyped up before going to blow up a radio tower set up by Wily.
