Question for fighting game players, are there any attacks in any other fighting games that are as broken as Fox's shine in melee?

Lightning loops are not even comparable
They require to be set up, it's a corner combo only and it relies on bar
Raikousan is not a move that you can just throw out like the shine unless you have a fully charged buster

I'm gonna jump in here and say that I don't really think you can use it in a bad way since it is unpunishable on whiff, etc.

Comes out on frame 1, is invincible, and is instantly cancel-able into just about any other attack Fox has, including another shine. It has fixed knockback so you can setup combos with it at any %. It knocks you back in a downward angle, allowing for offstage kills at 0% (full health). I'm sure there's more but thats all I know off the top of my head.

If you want to always be out of a charged buster at all times then yes you can throw Raikousens at every opportunity you get
Buster is very important to just mindlessly throw it out like that just to see if a Raikousen hits. it makes Zero safe on pretty much everything and lets him cancel almost everything
Another difference is that Raikousen is not a move that you do in the middle of a block string to pressure since it is usually just used in mid combo or as a starter

The point isn't that you can throw out buster shots like you're playing Megaman X 4, it's that you can raikkousan at 99% of the time because buster is always charged.
