Worse part is, if you play any modern M&L or paper mario games, you can feel how the potential is there, and how the writters could actually fill the game with tiny little jokes like in old PM games.
But they don't.
And it's really sad.

The whole game really is stunning looking. Just so sharp and colorful. Even Chapter 2 which is pretty unpopular, is beautiful as it sort of looks like a photo negative forest.

7 had the moon with all those con stellations and the rotation effect but nothing fancy
