Right now its pretty limited on ride selection (Two types of roller coasters gated behind a not-so-secret cheat code since the coaster builder UI is unfinished as well as a modest variety of other rides) and basically completely lacks any economic or "management" aspects right now. Guests have no needs, money isn't an issue, etc etc. There is only a couple scenery themes. No terrain editing currently (though what we've seen of previews is impressive).
Right now its just build stuff, give feedback. Its very obviously an alpha, but god damn does it have potential. The sound design alone is amazing. Listen to the coasters in some of the videos people are putting out.

The squeeks, the creaks, the clicks and clacks, it just sounds great.
Basically the game is definitely in alpha, but has shittons of potential. Not really worth the $75 IMO until maybe some more major updates. I'm likely to wait for the actual release, however.
