I'm poor. I have like $50 000 so blowing up cars putting bountys is kinda a no-go. I normally just hunt lower levels down in my fully modded zentorno, constantly pitting them and ramming them. When they get out to kill me I place myself so they just shoot the back of my car and shoot them or back up on them. When they respawn I smash them at full speed

it usually entertains me. Eventually they get fed up and blow up my car which ends up costing them nearly $10 000. I just call mors then my mechanic and I'm back in my car doing it to them a minute later
