Wii U has Smash, Mario Maker, Yoshi, Bayo 2 (and 1), SF0 and will probably have a Zelda.
PS4 has Bloodborne, Driveclub (RIP), SF4 and to be honest I don't really know what else. It has all the multiplat games the Wii U doesn't have, so shit like COD and DS3. It'll also get UC4.
Basically, if you like Nintendo, get a Wii U. If not, get a PS4 and wait for the slim.
