Basically they took all the shit that was going to make the game good and removed it, now its just a generic mmo sandbox and the only people that are really praising it are western players since they are desperate for anything even if it means paying for a f2p mmo, literally nothing in the game is going to change compared to the Korean or Jap severs. You could just play on the Jap sever with a VPN, you wouldnt really be able to PVP because lag but PVP isnt all that exciting in the game anyway.

I tried it a few times in the past with proxies but I don't think I did it correctly since it always ended in an IP ban or something similar
