The cops are retarded and just tedious to deal with. You literally have to find a great hiding spot and wait there 4 - 8 minutes if you just want to lose the 2 stars. If you get 3 stars you're pretty much fucked because the game keeps throwing unlimited amounts of police helicopters your way.
The multiplayer sucks ass, even though they said there would be loads of stuff to do, there's just tennis, golf and other boring shit.
The thing that also ruined GTA: Online was the fucking grinding. Jesus R*, I don't want to spend several fucking days just to be able to get a decent car.
The story was kind of meh.
Every single NPC took one bitchslap and they died.
The map was pretty empty and didn't have any interesting locations except for the cities and some exceptions like that altruist camp or whatever it's called.
The main characters were mostly boring(Michael and Franklin), Trevor was okay I guess.
The driving was kind of shit, would like it to be more like GTA IV.
Overall it was an okay game but it gets boring after you've completed the story/campaign.

If it wasn't so focused on NO FUN ALLOWED online mode and they put more resources into singleplayer, i would say it was the best GTA ever made.
I didn't like 4, 5 looked the same so I didn't buy it.

Singleplayer was good, though took it's self a bit too seriously for my liking.
GTA:O feels far too much like an MMO in that, if you want anything you have to grind and grind and grind, oh and PvP is always on forever.
On the whole it's good, but it needs some heavy tweaking
