It's the most fun I've had with a Resident Evil game in a long time. Though I'm weird. I enjoyed RE5 and 6 for coop alone, but any game is better with coop. Revelations 2 is something I'd play by myself whereas I wouldn't even think about playing RE5 or 6 alone. Also Raid mode is good fun.

It's kind of okay, I guess I enjoyed the playthrough, not touching it again. I wish the "puzzles" did not attempt to insult my intelligence, and the whole thing feels a bit like a mobile game, sterile and simplistic.

Raid mode is amazing if you like that treadmill grind feel or have a friend to play with.
99% of the game time in raid mode is from repetition. Repeating the same stages over four difficulties while grinding for character skill points, guns, and parts gets old unless you're easily addicted to Korean MMORPGs. Also, natural progression/upgrades that you'd find in Revelaitons 1 raid mode are now grind gates/micro transaction pushers. I can't recommend.
Go check out some story gameplay from someone and see if it tickles your fancy. This is the first of the post RE4 games I have no drive to replay, although I'm not entirely sure why. I played Rev 1 on 3DS and PC a ton.

If you can, get it for PC. I heard it runs bad on all platforms for some reason, but when I played on PC it was butter. Claire's ass is glorious, like holy shit.
