Gamer girl, cause they refer to themselves as such and "define" their lives by it, which is mostly just baiting nerds into paying attention to them.
The latter doesn't refer to themselves as a "female or girl" gamer, they just play videogames and don't give a fuck about getting you to like them.
Basically gamer bros in a female body most of the time, can develop into real relationships, but not often.
