I personally like Overwatch and am looking forward to it. My opinion doesn't need to match the opinion of /v/ to validate myself.
My taste in games might be considered shitty, but I enjoy what I play and respect that people enjoy games I don't personally like.
I don't like Dota 2 for example. Used to play it a lot when it was in beta, not so much anymore, I personally don't like the way Valve has handled it since. But some people do and that's fine.
Looks promising, is fun to play, worried about the longevity of the game given the brevity of the matches and Mei is my waifu.

While your point is correct, this is not entirely true. They completely ruin the silhouettes of the characters. Good luck telling some of the McRee and CoD-Soldierdude skins apart when making split second decisions.

You know silhouette also refers to their idle stances right? Not just how they are dressed.
Also, silhouettes are not nearly as important as Valve makes them out to be, since cosmetics are so heavily shilled by them and some completely change the way they behave like the Zeus arcana.

Honestly I think Blizzard has been a bit dumb on the invites, only inviting MVPs, streamers, that sort of deal.
Admittedly it's a good way for free advertisement but it's still bothersome that most of the people playing the game now are pretty damn good and will shit on everyone because their personal MMR is too damn high.

And almost everyone who got an invite are streamers, MVPs, Friends/Family of Blizzard, and so on.
