On paper perhaps, but AAA multiplats are not doing anything positive for the industry either. We get buggy, unoptimized games because the developers can't focus on just one or two platforms, publishers are cutting costs in every possible area and optimization is among the first to go since console players have been conditioned to be satisfied with 30fps riddled with drops.
Instead of the game running well on a single platform the game could run poorly on several. And since more of the budget needs to go into producing these ports and getting the game running on multipe platforms, less time and money is likely spent on making the actual game and its gameplay. I doubt its going to be bloodbourne too but your delusional if you think that having it as an exclusive is the only thing selling ps4s. Sony already has a pretty big lead on the overall console market share, getting rid of one exclusive wouldn't change that. And the type of people that are on ps4 now aren't going to go out and suddenly build/buy a pc powerful enough to run at the ps4's level, just because they lost an exclusive, /v/ and other niche gaming sites are the only ones that care about things like that, your average consumer just wants whatevers easiest to run and lets them play with their friends.

Not gonna say ps3 emulation is around the corner but in the past few years there's been alot of development with rpcs3 which when used with DX12 can actually run at decent speeds. I'd bet on it being functional in about 5 years and probably not very good until a few years after that.
