But if you git gud at drawing with a tablet it will be easier.
Using a tablet is harder than it seems at first and it's less accurate for draw dot by dot.

Well, let's go down the list, shall we?
Study. Real life is the best for this, the realler the better. Actual people, or objects, or just pictures. And study the techniques used for every individual bit and piece, and the whole sum. Study from tutorials, books, videos, other artist's artstyles. Anywhere you can.
Practice. You have to put pen to paper, or pencil or stylus, whatever. Probably should start with pencil and paper, then branch off if you want. But all the studying in the world won't do you no good unless you practice what you learn.

It is literally just "learn to draw things by observing and analyzing anything that exists in the physical world." Once you feel like you can guide your tools along your canvas with some degree of ease and confidence, try tackling some harder stuff.

Not that Anon, but generally it's best to draw with the actual object in question in front of you. Try duplicating what your eyes see. Try it simply and quickly at first, getting the general shapes and areas of light and shadow, and get the finer details after that point.
There's some stuff that gets lost when you're just working from a photo. Although in some cases, a photo's going to be all you can go on for reference.

A photograph of a computer is essentially a computer "from life." It looks like what a computer in front of you would look like, although without the added benefit of being able to look at it from any angle you wanted. It can be nice to have the object in front of you, but photo reference is fine for life drawing. If you want to study tigers, for example, pull up some google images and videos rather than planning a Zoo trip (not that it would hurt.)
But whether you're studying from an object in front of you or a photo, it's important to be thinking about things like it's depth and how much space it's taking up. Ideally, notions of drawing from life and drawing from imagination shouldn't be completely separated. For example, if I was drawing a building from imagination, I might start with a box in perspective then add details from there. Similarly, if I'm drawing a building right in front of me, I should also look at it as a box, see where the edges go, find their real-life vanishing points.
