The problem is the localization adds too many words, and the translation is too stiff but succinct.

If by "a conversation with actual words" you mean the Beruka / Saizo support I nearly cut myself while reading because of all that edges, ellipses are actually a clever choice and it makes sense for two silent assassin/ninja types of character. Also not shown or mentioned : the character's expressions actually change during that conversation, that adds a lot to the subtext. They made a good choice to make a silent but subtle conversation instead of keeping the Sasuke x Mikasa shit.
