I used to know that feel. I'm a student but the thing I'm studying is hardly very time consuming. I have plenty of time so I can play almost all day erry day but for a long time, I just didnt have the will or the energy.
These days its better. I have this little system for gaming. At the start of the week I'll take a three or four games, which usually have some common theme or gameplay mechanic, play each of them for a short while and pick the one I liked the most. Then I study/read Monday to Wednsday and then play play the game Thursday to Saturday. Not playing all the time gives a little something to look forward to.
As for getting the energy/will for gaming, something that worked for me was to just be a little brutal towards myself: "What else are you gonna do tonight? Browse the web? Again?"
